Malcolm is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has been an influential figure in Caribbean financial services for over 40 years.
His exemplary career includes spells as Chief Accountant for BP Trinidad (British Petroleum), as a Partner with Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte & Touche) before moving to Anguilla.
Malcolm is a highly respected member of the regions financial community and is one of the founding members of AFSA (Anguilla Financial Services Association).
Malcolm’s extensive experience is invaluable in guiding clients through all aspects of the financial process and he firmly believes that “by providing a quality service and maintaining high ethical standards we protect both ourselves and our clients from unnecessary risk.”
Fiona Curtis, B.Sc., MBA was educated in England, attended the University of Toronto and gained her MBA in Finance & International Business from the Rotman School of Business. Fiona is the Chairman of Anguilla Finance and a founding member of the Anguilla Compliance Association
Fiona’s career prior Counsel Limited includes time with brokerage firm, Burns Fry, in Toronto (now Nesbitt Burns, Bank of Montreal) where she gained experience in the equities side of initial public offerings (IPO’s) and completed her Canadian Securities Course to became a licensed Securities Broker.
Her intimate knowledge of Anguilla’s regulations and the regulatory regime make her an invaluable asset for the implementation of client financial structures.
She is committed to ongoing education and strives to continually improve her vocational qualifications in order to better advise her clients and recently qualified as an Associate of Captive Insurance, from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education.
